Film Programming

I was an invited film programmer for Brighton Rocks International Film Festival 2026 curating the new category of 45RPM for women rocking 45 and over and LGBTQIA+.

I am also a film selector for Women Over 50 Film Festival, Preselection judge for Two Short Nights Exeter 2026 and was a Judge for Catfish Shorts London.

After 10 years making film, Curating film work is now an area of great interest and I would be very interested in building this portfolio, both with film festivals and Art Galleries curating Artist’s film.

Arts Journalism

I have a BA in Performing Arts, an MA in Theatre Direction and an MA in Film Making and over 30 years’ experience in the Creative Arts industry, including working at Tate Britain and Tate Modern London for 8 years.

I really enjoy exploring all facets of the Arts and have reviews published online for Devon and Cornwall Film UK. I would love to use my wide range of understanding of the creative industries to explore more written content, either online or within printed media.
